At 50, Dominique Monami — the first Belgian in the world tennis top 10 and the first female vice president of the Belgian Olympic and Interfederal Committee (BOIC) — talks to Plus Magazine about her career change into mental coaching and public speaking. She explains how she helps people, notably those over 50 dealing with burnout, regain their balance, and outlines her method for boosting energy: identify what drains you and what gives you energy, and allow yourself real breaks away from screens.

She also discusses her commitment to gender equality in sport, why she never considered a comeback, her fondest memory (the Olympic medal in Sydney) and her family life, from her daughter Ines, who dreams of becoming a gynecologist, to her rediscovered passion for cooking and golf.
