Keynotes
Inspiring keynotes that offer fresh perspectives and practical ideas you can put into action the very next day
Who is this solution for?
Let's talk about your projectI work with organizations that want to turn the lessons of elite sport into concrete leverage for performance. Depending on the challenge, I work with a team, a group of employees or a full room. The people I work with usually recognize themselves in one of these three profiles.
Executive committees and managers
For leadership teams and managers facing increasingly complex challenges who want to provide clear direction, take care of themselves and their teams, and foster team cohesion and sustainable performance.
Teams and employees going through change
Merger, reorganization, rapid growth: every transformation draws first and foremost on the energy of the teams. I start from what they are actually experiencing to help them regain their bearings and move forward together.
Event organizers
Convention, seminar or kick-off: you are looking for a moment that leaves a mark, not one more hour on the agenda. I build every talk around your context and the impact you want to create.
Process & method
A memorable keynote starts long before the event. We shape it together to make sure it truly resonates within your audience.
An intake to understand your context, your audience and what you want them to take away.
The story, the examples and the mechanisms are chosen based on your challenges.
After each keynote, you'll receive a copy of my presentation and a personal follow-up message. When relevant, we can also take time to reflect together on key takeaways and explore how to put them into practice.
The topics
Each topic connects my experience at the highest level to your challenges in performance, leadership and transformation.
Unlock your potential
Turning your career into a journey of conscious growth
A career is more than a series of results. It is built through the choices we make, the strengths we develop and the lessons we draw from every experience. In elite tennis, I learned that potential is not enough: you have to make it visible, test it against reality and develop it with specific goals in mind. This keynote invites everyone to better recognize their own resources, to step out of their comfort zone wisely and to take full ownership of their professional development.
Performing under pressure
Turning pressure into a driver of performance
A decisive point on the court and an important business decision have one thing in common: what is at stake can cloud our judgment or bring out the best in us. Over the course of my career, I learned that pressure does not disappear as you progress. It changes shape and comes with the moments that matter. As Billie Jean King put it: “Pressure is a privilege.” This keynote shows how to embrace it, regain control and act with clarity when expectations are high.
Developing a champion's mindset
Prepare, Stay Mentally Strong, and Bounce Back from Challenges
Developing a champion's mindset does not mean becoming immune to fatigue, doubt or difficulty. In elite sport, I learned that mental strength rests as much on preparation and clear-headedness as on the ability to recognize your limits. This keynote draws a concrete link between performance and mental health: building yourself up before a demanding period, protecting your resources under pressure, then recovering and learning after the challenge. A realistic approach to staying strong without sacrificing your balance.

Boost your energy
Manage Your Energy for Sustainable Performance
Sustainable performance relies on an energy balance that is built day by day. In elite sport, I learned that putting in more effort is not enough: you also need to know how to mobilize, protect and renew your energy. This keynote explores the interplay between our physical, mental and emotional resources. It helps everyone identify what recharges them and what drains them, in order to find a pace that truly suits them. The goal is not to be at your maximum all the time, but to have the right energy at the right moment.

Build a winning team
The Power of Collective Performance
Even in an individual sport like tennis, no one progresses alone. Behind every performance lie complementary expertise, demanding conversations, trust and a shared direction. My career taught me that autonomy never rules out cooperation: it makes it stronger when everyone takes responsibility for his or her action and outcomes. This keynote explores the conditions that allow different individuals to form a winning team, one able to communicate candidly, to value everyone's strengths and to move toward a truly shared goal.
Impact
Real-world feedback from companies I have worked with.
They share their experience
Over the past three years, I have worked with Dominique, sometimes very closely, on development bootcamps, workshops and conferences, and she consistently stands out. She skillfully blends the lessons of her elite sports career, coaching and self-awareness into a grounded, deeply human approach that truly resonates with teams.
She creates a space for reflection, listening and rich exchanges, while being impeccably organized and a real pleasure to work with.
In a setting where everything was perfectly organized, Dominique also managed to surprise my guests on the content side, with sharp match analyses, striking observations and inspiring life lessons drawn from her own career. Dominique was without a doubt the icing on the cake.
We had the pleasure of welcoming Dominique Monami to the Start it Academy, and the impact was immediate. She combines authenticity and clarity, which makes her experience particularly relevant for entrepreneurs.
I have had the privilege and the pleasure of working with Dominique on many occasions; each time, I learned and discovered something new, even after attending her talks several times. Her greatest quality is her ability to connect with every single member of the audience; no one feels left out.
With her smile and her simplicity, she creates an inspiring, captivating atmosphere. She is a true champion, on and off the court.
I have had the pleasure of working with Dominique Monami on several occasions, for talks on a wide range of themes: the champion mindset, resilience, the ability to question yourself, the balance between body and mind, sources of energy… and each time in front of a different audience.
Beyond her complete mastery of these subjects, it is her human quality that leaves a lasting impression. Dominique is exceptionally warm and kind, always available and able to adapt to any situation. She shares her experience with as much enjoyment as professionalism, and turns her journey into a genuine source of inspiration for those who listen to her.
A speaker I recommend without hesitation.
