Workshops and Journeys
Progress begins when you take action. Small-group workshops and tailored journeys to work on your real-life situations and build new reflexes that last.
Who is this solution for?
Let's talk about your projectThis solution is designed for organizations and teams that want to turn the lessons of elite sport into concrete performance levers.
HR and L&D managers
You want more than an engaging workshop. You want lasting change. Participants leave with practical tools they can confidently use in their everyday work, not just notes they’ll never look at again.
Teams undergoing transformation
Merger, reorganization, rapid growth: every transformation shakes up familiar landmarks and draws on your teams’ energy. We start from what they are actually experiencing to help them find their direction again and move forward together.
Executive committees and managers
For leadership teams and managers facing increasingly complex challenges who want to provide clear direction, take care of themselves and their teams, and foster team cohesion and sustainable performance.
Process & method
Each workshop brings together a small group of participants for an interactive, hands-on session.
A journey consists of 2 to 3 workshops in the same format, spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart so the actions can be put into practice
Understanding your reality
Before the session, I work with you to clarify the context, the participants’ needs and, above all, what you want to see change. Every workshop or journey starts with a clear intention.
Working on the participants’ reality
Whether they come from the same team or from different departments, I build the session around the professional situations and challenges they actually face.
Sparking the breakthrough through action
Discussions go beyond abstract ideas. Everyone connects them to their own reality, questions their reflexes and identifies what they can do differently.
Making change last after the session
Everyone leaves with a few clear actions they can apply right away. In a journey, the following sessions make it possible to measure what has changed, carry out adjustments and keep progressing.
Topics
Real-world topics to take action and change practices for the long term.
Unlock your potential
Making your career a journey of conscious growth
A career is more than a string of results. It is built through the choices we make, the strengths we develop and the lessons we draw from every experience. In elite tennis, I learned that potential is not enough: you have to make it visible, test it against reality and make it grow with specific goals in mind. This workshop invites everyone to better recognize their own resources, to step out of their comfort zone wisely and to take full ownership of their professional development.
Perform under pressure
Turning pressure into a driver of performance
A decisive point on the court and an important decision at work have one thing in common: what’s at stake can cloud our judgment or bring out the best in us. Over the course of my career, I learned that pressure doesn’t disappear as you progress. It changes shape and comes with the moments that matter. As Billie Jean King put it: “Pressure is a privilege.” This workshop shows how to embrace it, regain control and act with sound judgment when expectations are high.
Develop a champion’s mindset
Preparing, staying strong and bouncing back from challenges
Building a champion’s mindset doesn’t mean becoming immune to fatigue, doubt or difficulty. In elite sport, I learned that mental strength depends as much on preparation and clarity of mind as on the ability to recognize your limits. This workshop draws a concrete link between performance and mental health: building strength before a demanding period, preserving your resources under pressure, then recovering and learning after the test. A realistic approach to staying strong without sacrificing your balance.
Boost your energy
Manage Your Energy for Sustainable Performance
Sustainable performance rests on an energy balance that is built day by day. In elite sport, I learned that it’s not enough to put in more effort: you also need to know how to mobilize, preserve and renew your energy. This workshop explores the interplay between our physical, mental and emotional resources. It helps everyone identify what recharges them and what drains them out, so they can find a better rhythm. The goal isn’t to be at your highest level all the time, but to have the right energy at the right moment.
Build a winning team
The Power of Collective Performance
Even in an individual sport like tennis, no one progresses alone. Behind every performance lie complementary expertise, demanding conversations, trust and a shared direction. My career taught me that autonomy never rules out cooperation: it makes it stronger when everyone takes responsibility for his or her action and outcomes. This workshop explores the conditions that allow different personalities to form a winning team, one that communicates openly, values each person’s strengths and moves toward a truly shared goal.
The leader as a coach
Growing talent through listening, questioning and trust
Being a leader-coach isn’t just about giving answers or setting a direction. It’s about knowing when to tell and when to ask, creating a clear framework and encouraging everyone to step out of their comfort zone. In elite sport, I learned that people grow through ambitious goals, regular feedback and the trust they need to turn their potential into performance.

Concrete feedback from the companies I have worked with.
They share their experience
As part of the ADEPS “Projet de Vie” (Life Project) program, Dominique puts her experience to work in workshops dedicated to the career transition of elite athletes. Having gone through this “life after sport” stage herself, she has unquestionable legitimacy.
She helps them realize that the qualities they have developed through sport — resilience, adaptability, leadership, perseverance — are real transferable assets for their “life after”.
I was lucky enough to take part in the Career Empowerment journey led by Dominique Monami, at a time of professional doubt when I was trying to figure out whether I was where I was meant to be. Dominique is an excellent trainer: patient, cheerful, very human, and you can feel the passion that drives her.
The exercises really make you think, and Dominique is always there to help us better understand what is being asked and find the answers to our questions. I came out of it having grown, with the confirmation that the role I hold is the one where I belong.
Dominique’s strength lies in her ability to naturally build bridges between the worlds of sport and business. Her genuine interest in others, combined with her enthusiasm and energy, makes learning stimulating and accessible to everyone, whatever their level.
